ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
Sweat it Reload it is the sequel to my first ebook ‘Sweat it to Shred it’. This is an eight-week fitness challenge (weeks 9-16) that is designed to completely transform your body and attitude towards fitness with the most unique workouts I’ve ever created!
This 117 page eBook is a digital download that provides you with eight weeks worth of workouts. This is weeks 9-16 which is a continuation of my first fitness ebook ‘Sweat it to Shred it’.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Dumbbells (1 pair minimum) around 4kg would be great!
A Bench.
You DON'T need a gym! However, SOME workouts do require you to utilise a pair of dumbbells and a bench.
Types of Workouts
Sweaty Shredders
High intensity, fat-burning HIIT workout. This is a full body workout (my personal fave) that will leave you dripping in sweat!
Toning Power
3 supersets comprised of one compound, toning exercise (for 1 minute on a targeted muscle group), followed by one fat burning, high intensity exercise to burn out the muscle! aka - major booty burner
Sezzy Circuits
Utilising supersets, muscle fatigue and optimum heart rate, I’ve designed my Sezzy Circuits to increase your fitness level and cardiovascular endurance.
Challenges
These workouts are about pushing yourself, testing your limits and not giving up! I don’t care how long it takes you or how many breaks you have to take to get through it. These are some of my fave workouts in the program!
TIMER APP
I’ve created this super simple timer app that has been designed specifically for the Sweat it workouts. As many of these workouts are based on time, rounds and circuits. The Sezzy Timer app makes it efficient and easy to get STRAIGHT into your workout with no fiddling around with setting up your own HIIT timer!
