The 560 Challenge is Sarah’s 60-day fitness program built around 5 rules, 60 days, 60 workouts, and a no-quitting mentality to build discipline, strength, and resilience.
Some of Sarah’s workouts are bodyweight only, while others may use simple equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, or a yoga mat. Each program provides details so you can prepare.

Sunee Side Up is Sarah’s collection of wholesome, easy, and flavourful recipes designed to nourish your body while making cooking fun and approachable. All recipes are gluten free and dairy free with many others being vegan, veg modern-paleo, nut free and low FODMAP.
