The 560 workouts do not need to be completed in a gym! These workouts have been specifically designed to be completed within the home/neighbourhood.

Sweaty Shredder: Full-body, high-intensity burners that leave you dripping in sweat.
Sculpt & Tone: pilates-based workouts designed to sculpt and burn.
HIIT Pilates: A fiery blend of Pilates and high-intensity intervals.
Wildcards: Sarah’s personal favourite workouts and the ultimate game of workout, roulette. Each wildcard workout is different, keeping you on your toes and pushing your limits.
AMRAPs: “As Many Rounds As Possible” strength & cardio circuits to test endurance and mental toughness.
Move + Core/Blasters: Outdoor movement plus quick core and full body burners for a little spice.
Run Club: Timed runs every 10 days to track your progress and set new PBs.
Lock in & Level Up: The ultimate test of stability and falling in love with the burn. This is a progress tracker that will leave you shaking and building resilience.

As many of these workouts are based on time, rounds and circuits. The Sezzy Timer app makes it efficient and easy to get straight into your workout with no fiddling around with setting up your timer.
