Sweat it Limitless is my 8 week fitness program designed to burn body fat, sculpt, tone your muscles and make you fall IN LOVE with fitness!
Sweat it Limitless is the third and final progression of my ‘Sweat it’ fitness series! This 8 week program (weeks 17-24) is a diverse workout routine that I personally designed and completed in the lead up to my wedding! I suppose I should have named it ‘Sweat it to Wed it’?
I’m also excited to share that this is my FIRST fitness program that includes VIDEO demonstrations of each exercise! Simply CLICK on the exercise to view the video to ensure you’re performing them correctly!

What You'll Need
I personally complete & utilise my Sweat it Limitless workouts in a gym, however, here is the equipment you will need…
- Slam Ball (I use 10kg)
- Long Resistance Band (light)
- Booty Band (Med-Heavy)
- Barbell + Plate Weights
- Bench
- Box (for box jumps)
- Dumbells (2kg, 5kg, 10kg)
- Sliders or 2 Small Face Towels
- Kettlebell (8-18kg)
- Boxing Gloves/Pads (or skip/replace this workout)
- Sezzy Timer App optional but makes life SO much easier!

Sweaty Shredders
High intensity, fat-burning aerobic, full body workouts that will leave you absolutely dripping in sweat!
Toning Legs
The ultimate toning leg and booty burner is here! Toning legs is comprised of one hero exercise followed by a burn out accessory set. All you need to know is...your'e legs are going to thank you after this program!
Upper & Abs
Sculpting upper body workouts comprised of 3 functional supersets. Each superset is made up of an explosive exercise for one minute, followed by a high intensity burner exercise to spike your heart rate!
Sezzy Circuits
One of my most popular workout structures comprised of 3 dynamic circuits that are repeated 3 times. Sezzy Circuits are full body workouts that are designed to build strength, sculpt, tone and improve cardiovascular endurance.
Challenges
These workouts are about pushing yourself, testing your limits and not giving up! I don’t care how long it takes you or how many breaks you have to take to get through it. You will never get bored!
Pilates
Introducing two NEW timer structures (use the Sezzy Timer app to make this even easier).
You will be completing both my 30 minute pilates workouts and HIIT pilates workouts. These workouts sculpt and tone the body while firing up muscles you never even knew you could feel! Maximum burn with lower impact.

I’ve created this super simple timer app that has been designed specifically for the Sweat it workouts. As many of these workouts are based on time, rounds and circuits. The Sezzy Timer app makes it efficient and easy to get STRAIGHT into your workout with no fiddling around with setting up your own HIIT timer!
