ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
Body & Bump is a 24 week pregnancy workout guide written and designed by pelvic floor physiotherapist Charlotte Conlon who also has a special interest in women’s health, and well-known fitness creator Sarah's Day.
The guide is divided into three specialised eight-week blocks, each crafted to provide your body and growing bump with effective, pregnancy-safe exercises that will leave you feeling motivated and strong! Not only does Body & Bump support you with workouts (from 13-36 weeks of your pregnancy) it is also BURSTING with educational information, tools and guidelines to help support you through your pregnancy journey.
Sarah and Charlotte have worked closely together to give you OVER 250+ pages of highly educational, practical and enjoyable information, workouts, videos and tools to enjoy as you grow your bundle of joy!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Body & Bump can be completed at home or at a gym with the following equipment…
- Dumbbells (light 1-2kg)

- Sliders (or 2 small face towels on a slippery floor)

I’ve created this super simple timer app that has been designed specifically for the Sweat it workouts. As many of these workouts are based on time, rounds and circuits. The Sezzy Timer app makes it efficient and easy to get STRAIGHT into your workout with no fiddling around with setting up your own HIIT timer!
